BIMPACT Designs Pvt. Ltd. executed fire protection project with 12 floors (1 Building) - a new mixed-use construction at Texas in USA on 400,300 Sq. Ft. The planned tower would be developed at the northwest corner of the Parkway. The high-rise apartment will be built on about two acres at the Parkway, across the street. The Project consists of "120 urban living units" in a tower created with limestone, metal and glass. The apartments will be just on top of a parking garage. The office buildings will range from 10 to 12 stories tall and will include parking garages on the high of the tollway. BIM Execution is planned in this project during the design development stage at pre-construction.

Project Challenges & Solutions
1. Challenge: Input Inconsistency: Upright sprinkler shown in level 1 just beside the pump room and electrical room, though there was a ceiling in the model.
Solution: Requested client to recommend whether it is required to be changed.
2. Challenge - Missing Information
A. Missing details of pump room and valve connection
Solution: Requested information from the client.
B. No sprinkler pipe dia of branch pipe found connected with the main pipe
Solution: Assumed 3/4" dia for the same.
3. Challenge - Space Constraint - No space between ceiling and beam to pass the fire pipe.
Solution - Lowered ceilings in elevator lobbies.
4. Challenge – Drawing Discrepancy - The main fire pipe layout showed 6 inches. However, the riser pipe showed 4 inches.
Solution - Requested confirmation from client regarding riser pipe size.
5. Challenge - Coordination Issues- Fire pipe clearance height mentioned in the garage was 9'-0". . However, BIM engineers were unable to maintain clearance due to low space between Level 3 & Level 4.
Solution - Requested client review
