Business Development Executive
Roles & Responsibilities:
Identifying and generating Business from Potential Clients in allocated Territory using multiple ways of Direct Sales /Digital Marketing / Trade Shows / Associations & ConferencesAchieving and exceeding allocated Targets by developing business relations with Existing / New clientsUnderstanding client needs and offering solutions and support; answering potential client questions and follow-up call questions; responding to client requests for proposals (RFPs).Cross Functional Collaboration with Technical, leadership team to secure, retain, and grow new and existing accounts.Making & Delivering Impactful Presentation to Potential Clients at different customer touch points for Client Meeting – Direct Meeting / Trade Shows / Conferences/ ConferencesLead Management using (Salesforce, CRM, Excel, etc.) for having Effective sales funnel resulting into businessCollaborating with management on sales goals, planning, and forecasting; maintaining short- and long-term business development plans.Requirements & Qualifications: –
Experience in B2B Sales / Direct sales with deep understanding and ability of Cold Calling to Sales ClosureExcellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect, and interact with potential customersExcellent analytical and time-management skills.Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team.Strong computer skills, including MS office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel) and CRM/Salesforce experience preferred.Relevant and total years of Experience: –
3-5 years in Business Development / Sales & Marketing in Products related to Construction industry will be preferred
